HomeServe needed a consistent, practical fit-out solution for a varied fleet — from small vans for gas engineers to medium plumbing vehicles and large vans for drainage and water pipe teams. For the larger vehicles, flexibility was key: they had to support either an onboard compressor or jetter system without needing separate vehicle builds.
Qi Van Systems was selected to deliver internal conversions and livery across the HomeServe fleet. We’ve developed tailored fit-outs for each vehicle type, with a focus on functionality and durability.
For larger vans, we created a modular, interchangeable layout that allows the same vehicle to be used with either a compressor or jetter system — giving HomeServe operational flexibility without expanding their fleet.
While the core conversion and livery work is carried out in-house, we also manage the wider programme end to end — coordinating with trusted partners for specialist elements. This joined-up approach ensures every vehicle is delivered fully equipped and ready for use.
