We work with our clients requirements, agree an implementation programme and manage the whole process thereafter.

This is from receiving the vehicle into Qi in Telford direct from the port of entry, to then manage the whole conversion process in-house (including liaising with all third parties, producing graphics and managing the PDI). We then onward deliver a fully converted vehicle direct to our client at its' desired destination.

We are the single point of contact for all requests for service or support during the whole of the vehicle’s service life. This information is visible 24/7 via Qi's OMTS Software, enabling our clients to view every stage of every conversion, and every request for action. Each stage of the conversion and action generates a KPI which is archived to enable Qi and our clients to measure every aspect of the service.
