Customer Service Manager
Rosie joined Qi in June 2016, with a background in Customer Service roles across a wealth of sectors, giving a proven customer orientated focus.
Rosie was Internal Account Manager at Qi for over 2 years, managing a number of accounts which varied in complexity - this has given her a comprehensive understanding of the extensive diversity of customer needs and requirements.
In January 2019 Rosie took the role of Customer Service Manager. Her ethos is to focus on developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and leasing companies, whilst taking the time to personalise and simplify the Conversion process for all involved. She prides herself in going the extra mile, and works to ensure that her own ethos is shared within the business as a whole, to allow continued positive experiences for Qi's customer base.
