As part of Qi’s growth strategy, the company has recruited several apprentices across different functions within the business.
We recognised the need to invest in our workforce and attract diverse talent to complement the existing Qi team.


Working with training local providers, In-Comm Training and Telford College, we undertook a supported recruitment process resulting in young talent joining Qi, across different areas of the business including design, quality, customer service, finance, manufacturing and vehicle fitting.
We are now developing the cohort through a formal apprenticeship framework, helping train them in skills that are directly applicable to their workplace, together with formal theory training at the external training provider.
Importantly, all the apprentices are making a positive impact on the business, and we are encouraging a long-term future and clear progression routes.
