Qi Van Systems operate a dedicated After-sales Department for our customers during the life of the vehicle. Our team will respond quickly to incoming requests from customers and decide on the most effective and prompt action.

The field-based team of trained Technical Support Engineers can deal with any warranty repair work, retrofit programmes, post-accident support and the supply of parts. Work is carried out across the whole of the UK.

In addition, we can carry out retrofit and upgrades programmes including replacement racking, lighting, roof furniture, and more.

We hold stock components of all standard items with a pre-agreed authorisation limit set at contract implementation. We can repair and replace any additional items identified in our servicing or repair visits.

We also offer proactive annual health checks on our conversions to support duty of care and minimise vehicle downtime. This can include torque values for safety and/or structurally critical fixings.

As well as providing an on-site service, we can also supply parts directly to a garage or repairer of the customer’s choice.

As part of the account management process, we will discuss, agree and formalise support KPIs including call response times, technician at site and more.
