Qi has established and maintain operating procedures which identify and meet both the current standards and future needs of our organisation, customers and supply chain stakeholders. We are also certified to ISO 9001.

We are committed to providing product quality and operate a 3-stage checking system starting in manufacturing, vehicle fitout and finally once a vehicle conversion has been completed, our Quality team completes a detailed sign-off process.

Manufacturing

Prototype process follows manufacturer guidelines regarding electrical integration of any additional items installed.
Detailed fitting instruction document created for each conversion, which is used to sign each vehicle off before it leaves the production line.

Production

On the line quality checks are completed by the fitter & their line manager
A separate electrical sign off is completed by our qualified QC inspectors

Final Quality Control

Each vehicle is subject to a detailed sign-off process before it leaves us, ensuring each vehicle that is despatched is completed to the quality our customers expect.

These checks include a full function check of all standard and additional items installed on the vehicle.
