Qi Van Systems manage the whole vehicle conversion process, from receipt of a vehicle from manufacturer, manufacturing and fitting bespoke van racking, through to managing delivery to the end user.
For over three decades, Qi has led the industry in innovation, quality, and customer service, offering customers a complete vehicle conversion solution, all onsite at our central location in Telford, Shropshire.
We own and operate two sites in Telford, with a total storage facility of over seven acres, both with 24/7 security. Our main site on Stafford Park consists of two units where our van racking is manufactured and fitted, with our secondary storage site located on a major commercial rail site.
Our aim is to ultimately utilise the rail network in vehicle logistics in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

We are accredited with Conformity of Production issued by the VCA relating to Whole Type Approval for the enhancement of vehicles under N1 and N2.
We hold certified accreditations for Quality ISO 9001, Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials with GDPR compliance.
We hold a number of ISO and industry accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, Van Excellence Partner, VCA Conformity of Production and approved converter for many of the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.
