Our Order Management & Tracking System (OMTS) manages and tracks your vehicle online throughout the entire process.
With your own login you can also monitor progress every step of the way.
Our team ensure that your converted vehicle is always delivered at the time best suited to you.
We offer delivery dates in advance in line with our agreed final sign-off date for each build slot.
When we release each vehicle, it is subject to a detailed handover, where we deliver an introduction to the vehicle and provide all supporting documents.
We work directly with dealers and manage the process from UK port of entry, ensuring your vehicle is received in line with pre-planned build slots.
We offer delivery dates in advance in line with our final sign-off date for each build slot. This means we can arrange delivery in advance, to any destination on your choice of date, meaning that drivers can be planned out of work for a specific timeslot to reduce any downtime.
When releasing the vehicle to our customer, we are able to offer customers a “Key-for-Key” service whereby we take their old assets to auction sites after delivering their new vehicle.
