Qi’s established client phs compliance, part of phs group, approached us with a view to adapting and optimising some of our own previous specifications to install into their batch of new model Vauxhall Vivaro vehicles.
Qi’s bespoke specifications are designed for vehicles responsible for the servicing and testing of fire safety equipment.
When our relationship with phs compliance began back in 2016, the specification was scoped and tailored for the specific needs of the users; the design included floors and linings, two different compartments in the cargo area and a range of storage solutions including cabinets and multi-store boxes. There was also a tray spanning the length of the cargo area for storage of a stepladder. In addition, lighting was fitted to aid with visibility within the vehicle.
When phs contacted Qi to provide the conversion for their new model Vauxhall Vivaros in 2021, they advised that they were very satisfied with the functionality of the existing specification, so simply needed it adapting to the new vehicle model whilst maintaining the original functionality; a requirement that Qi were more than happy to oblige.
The vehicles were swiftly turned around in build, we facilitated phs’ nominated livery and tracker suppliers on site and carefully Quality Checked every element of each vehicle before it left us, allowing for the completed vehicles to be seamlessly introduced into the business.
