At Qi we understand the everyday pressures that a Fleet Manager comes under, and how vehicle conversions may be only one small part of that.
Therefore over the last few years we have invested in building a team and an industry leading system that is able to provide you with all of the information that you need, live when you need it.
Our dedicated Customer Service Team work closely with your Key Account Manager in managing all aspects of your vehicle conversion. Each customer has an allocated Internal Account Manager as a first point of contact for all queries who can provide tailored reporting to suit your needs. Our Internal Account Managers aim to provide you with all relevant information regarding your conversions, and work alongside all third parties as well as internal departments to ensure that each project meets their projected timescale.
Using OMTS we update every part of the process daily so that as a Fleet Manager you can log in to the system 24 hours a day and see which stage of the process your vehicle is at.
Our Support team, also includes a designated After Sales Department, acting as the point of contact for any queries regarding retrofit work or warranty repairs to live vehicles. We have three engineers who service the whole of the UK. As well as this service for on-site visits, we can also supply parts directly to a garage or repairer of your choice.
